Jessica Davis designed a newly constructed corridor to connect her existing dining room to a new cozy family “snug”, guest room+bathroom, bar area with pass-through window, and design studio with roof deck and roof garden. Inside her stylish and functional corridor cleverly hides a laundry room, statement powder bathroom, and both museum-worthy display niche and hidden vertical storage. A new stairway moves upward to Jessica’s atelier design studio full of natural light and adorned with all of her Nest Studio decorative hardware collections.
