Part-Time Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant
Hybrid In-Person + Virtual Role | Buckhead, Atlanta
Part-Time | Approx. 15–25 Hours/Week
$22–$27/hour based on experience
We are seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and proactive Executive/Personal Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and family with a blend of business, household, and lifestyle responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and helping life run smoothly behind the scenes.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, discreet, and comfortable balancing both administrative and hands-on support tasks. This is a long-term, high-trust role for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in being dependable, resourceful, and efficient.
Location
This role is a mix of:
- In-person support at a private home/studio in Buckhead, Atlanta
- Virtual/remote administrative support
Flexible scheduling available, though some weekday daytime availability is preferred.
Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
- Calendar management and appointment scheduling
- Inbox organization and email follow-up
- Book business and personal travel arrangements
- Coordinate family schedules and logistics
- Prepare staff meeting notes and action items
- Vet new client inquiries
- Coordinate client gifts and vendor presentations
- Expense reconciliation and back-office filing
- Research projects and recommendations
Personal & Household Support
- Grocery runs and errands
- Dry cleaning pickup/drop-off and returns
- Coordinate household vendors and maintenance appointments
(pest control, landscaping, sprinkler systems, etc.) - Schedule personal appointments and family logistics
- Coordinate children’s camps, appointments, and activities
- Assist with holiday cards and seasonal projects
- Organize weekend and household to-do lists
- Support home organization and lifestyle management projects
- Light household coordination and occasional hands-on support tasks
Ideal Candidate
- Extremely trustworthy and discreet
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable managing both business and personal tasks
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems/tools
- Calm under pressure and adaptable
- Positive attitude with no task-too-small mentality
- Enjoys creating systems and helping others stay organized
Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Lifestyle Manager, House Manager, or similar support role is preferred.
