Our Virginia-Highlands project continues to unfold, and this week the spotlight is on our concepts for the bathrooms. From the guest bath to the powder room to a shared jack & jill, each space takes on a distinct personality while still feeling connected through materiality and tone.

The designs explore a spectrum of moods—moody richness in the powder, fresh elegance in the guest bath, and playful balance in the jack & jill. Across all three, the layering of stone, tile, paint, and lighting creates an atmosphere that feels both intentional and effortless. Whether it’s a space for quick touch-ups or a long soak, these baths are designed to elevate the everyday with a mix of function and beauty.
