I came across the holiday home tour of Rebecca Simon, Toronto based interior designer and owner of Maison Ellie Interiors on The Everymom last month. After taking the time to explore her portfolio I was impressed with her practical use of space in kids’ bedrooms and playrooms as well as the lovely aesthetics and adorable pops of whimsy that embody these nooks. I can’t get enough of this room that she named “too cool for school” – it’s so tastefully done that I would gladly have my own office here. It’s timeless, classy and adorable – that lion wall hanging perfectly tops of this imaginative children’s haven.
