Lately, I’ve noticed a trend (and maybe you have too) to a more traditional, very tapered, if not conical lampshade shape. Up until now drum shades were the norm unless you were doing something highly traditional, but more and more I’m seeing contemporary lamps with a conical shape and it’s oddly refreshing.
