Last week we shared the primary bedroom scheme and sketch from our latest project in Nyack, NY, and we’re back with more from this home. This time, we’re presenting two distinct directions for the primary bathroom.

The first scheme uses clear glass blocks to define the shower while keeping the space open and connected. Custom floating wood mirrors with carved detailing add warmth and texture, while a continuous tile application runs from the shower across the floor. The palette pulls in blue, green, and coppery pink accents, echoing the tones used throughout the broader design.

In the second scheme we’re recommending circular breeze blocks to filter light through the space, offering privacy without closing things off. Round brass floating mirrors reinforce the softer geometry, while shimmery emerald green tile wraps the floor and shower, reflecting the surrounding landscape.

Both schemes explore material, light, and pattern in different ways, but each aims to create a bathroom that feels considered, cohesive, and deeply connected to its setting. Stay tuned as we share more from this project in the coming weeks!
