We’re getting into the details at our Santa Rosa Beach project, starting with the great room. A couple of weeks back we shared four layout options for this expansive room. Our clients chose the one that uses L-shaped sofas and low bookcases to create distinct seating areas without closing anything off.

From there, we added swivel chairs that can turn toward different conversations, smaller tables that move wherever they’re needed, and lighting at several heights. A mix of shapes, patterns, and textures keeps the large arrangement from feeling too uniform, while wood, stone, and tile relate back to the home’s architecture.
