We’re back with another peek inside our Greenwich Village project — this time, it’s the guest room’s turn. These two schemes may share a similar palette, but each one offers its own distinct take on the space where guests can kick back, unpack, and enjoy their stay.
Our first scheme is all about depth and drama with a touch of old-world flair. The wallpaper features leafy scrolls and adds a romantic, timeworn elegance that sets the stage. Trim in a grassy green brings energy to the edges without overwhelming the room. The custom sleeper sofa does double duty — hosting guests by night, offering a cozy spot to lounge by day — and can even be sized down for extra breathing room. A compact desk tucks in neatly, offering function without stealing real estate, and plush layers underfoot round it all out.

The second scheme takes a slightly softer approach, leaning into tranquil greens with subtle hits of blue. The wallpaper here is a quiet standout—its pattern inspired by imprints left by tide marks in the sand, creating a sense of calm movement across the walls. The trim paint is a breezy green-blue that shifts with the light, complementing the palette without competing. Materials get a modern refresh: mixed metal finishes, slender silhouettes, and a built-in desk solution that maximizes utility in minimal square footage. Blankets and pillows keep the space from feeling too buttoned-up, and the same sleeper sofa provides flexibility without sacrificing style.

Both rooms channel a cool, collected mood with thoughtful layers and flexible layouts that work hard behind the scenes. Whether you’re crashing for a night or settling in for a week, either one’s a pretty great place to land.
