There’s nothing like seeing a moodboard come to life, and our New Hampshire Lakehouse is proof—what began as swatches and sketches is now a fully finished retreat (and a feature in Country Living!).
Set on the shores of a quiet New England lake, this home was designed to embrace its natural surroundings while offering cozy, layered interiors for family gatherings. Our approach combined rustic texture with clean-lined furniture and a playful mix of color—creating a modern getaway that still feels right at home in the woods.
Scroll on to see how the initial schemes for each room translated into the final design!
Living Room
The living room moodboard leaned into a mix of spool chairs, velvet seating, and layered textiles—classic cottage with a modern twist. The finished space carries that spirit, balancing comfort and polish while keeping the lake views front and center.
