Designing a guest suite is always a bit of a balancing act. The goal is calm comfort, but with just enough personality to make it memorable. For our Brookhaven project we approached the guest bedroom and bath with that spirit in mind, creating spaces that feel inviting, unfussy, and subtly playful.

In the bedroom moodboard below, soft neutrals lay the foundation, layered with earthy greens, warm wood tones, and tactile fabrics that add depth without overwhelming the senses. A convertible sleeper makes the room multifunctional, while sculptural lighting and storage pieces bring in a modern edge. A mix of patterns, both bold and quiet, gives the space a collected, effortless vibe.

The adjacent bath takes cues from the bedroom palette, but introduces cooler tones and crisp contrasts. Matte black fixtures pop against creamy tilework, and thoughtful hardware choices add texture and a pop of color.
