Welcome back to Moodboard Monday! Today, we are absolutely thrilled to share a sneak peek into a brand-new residential interior design project we’re kicking off right here in Roswell, Georgia.

Working with these clients is a true designer’s dream. They completely embrace vibrant colors, bold patterns, rich textures, and a touch of whimsy. Needless to say, this space is going to be anything but boring!

The Vision: A Luxury Primary Bedroom Retreat

At this early stage of the design process, our primary focus is on transforming the primary suite into a functional, beautiful sanctuary. To maximize the room’s layout, our proposed floor plan includes two distinct cozy zones:

  • A custom built-in window seat perfect for lounging with a good book.
  • A dedicated seating area nestled into the elegant bay window.
Primary Suite Layout

To bring this vision to life, we have developed two distinct design schemes. Both concepts feature a mix of high-end furnishings and custom details, including a new bed, stylish nightstands, comfortable lounge chairs, statement ceiling lighting, and elegant wall sconces.

Here is how the two concepts break down:

Scheme 1: Bold & Botanical

The first scheme leans heavily into drama and playfulness. It features a stunning hillside mural wallpaper paired with a rich, tonal trim paint. We’ve layered in poppy green and vibrant blue textiles throughout the room, especially on the custom window seat pillows, to give the space an energetic yet sophisticated feel.

Scheme 2: Muted & Linear

The second scheme offers a softer take on the same color palette. It still incorporates beautiful blues, greens, and neutrals, but in a more muted, serene way. The wallpaper in this concept is more linear and repetitive, offering a structured, calming backdrop that still feels incredibly custom.
