Team Atelier Davis is back with another round of concepts for our Pennsylvania boathouse project, this time delving into the bedroom and bathroom. Just like the great room and kitchen, we’re aiming for a mix of warmth, texture, and a refined rustic feel that balances function with a bit of flair.

Bedroom Concepts: Cozy, Layered, and Understated

For the bedroom, we’re leaning into soft minimalism with a sense of quiet luxury. The vision is relaxed, yet tailored: natural materials, subtle color shifts, and a play between crisp and cozy textures. We’re envisioning a space that feels effortless but still deeply considered, where every element serves a purpose while enhancing the overall sense of calm.

Bathroom Concepts: Organic, Earthy, and Elevated

In the bathroom, the goal is a spa-like retreat with a bit of edge. Stone and wood play a big role here, keeping things tactile and timeless. The palette leans neutral but never flat; warmth and depth come through in layered finishes and thoughtful details. This is a space designed for unwinding after a day on the water, with just enough contrast to keep it dynamic.

As always, we’re threading the needle between modern and organic, polished and relaxed. Stay tuned as we bring these spaces to life, and check out our previous posts for more on how this project is coming together:
